Smarter than a 3rd grader?

After Joshua completed his homework tonight I asked him to bring it to me so that I could correct it. He said "okay...oh, and I'll get the calculator for you too".....

So sad...so very very sad.

Oh, honey. I feel for you. I've so been there. In fact, just last week Maddy told us that one of the reasons she wants to go to college is so that, "I won't be too dumb to help my kids with their math homework." Ooooh, the pain! The pain!
Love those kids, don't we!

Just wait...it all goes downhill from there. I try to make my kids think I know what they need to know, but then I sneak looks in their textbooks...I did all of it once, I know I did! Where did it go?

BAHAHAHA! I laughed at this short little post for FAR longer than it even took me to read it! That is just hilarious! When Noah had to do Sunshine Math, I would work on a problem for like five minutes and think....."Are these WAY out of his league, or am I just getting more and more stupid?"
