Hi sis! I so enjoyed spending the day with my baby the other day! It's funny, when he does that at my house, the girls and I are like, "oh, isn't he just so cute!" I wish so bad I had gotten pics of him playing with his toys and with Nikki. I spent 9 hours working at wal-mart today! wow. I am embarking on a new life! I have to be back there by 8 in the morning; less than 8 hours from now... good night.
Your house is so nice and decorated so well. Clearly your outnumbered but It's Amazing you wouldn't know it by looking at these pictures. Beautiful home, Beautiful Family!
You know what is funny, Mel?? I saw this picture and thought, "Hey that room looks pretty clean!" That is how entirely warped my thinking is. I have two little girls that follow me around and un-do all my doing when it comes to cleaning. I went to the bathroom and came out to see all my folded/sorted laundry...UNFOLDED and UNSORTED! It's like deep down they like it messy. Hmmm...I'm starting to think that's not such a bad idea!
Hello? Is anybody home? Ummmm, just wanted you to know that you know you have been MIA for a LOOOOONG time when I have posted more recently than you have! Just making sure you are still alive and Sam didn't decide to "pick up" a room and bury you under a bunch of stuff!
Melanie you should see my daughters room sometimes. I'll try to remember to take a pic one day when it is at its messiest! It's a hoot. But the good news is she's big enough to clean it up! Your house looks too cute!
Come along with us as we try to raise our little basketball team. Our lives are full of love, chaos and fun. We try to laugh every day as we strive to "find joy in the journey".
My rock, my entire world. This man works so hard and sacrifices so much for our happiness. His boys love him more than anything in the world. I look forward to his beautiful face every single day. Oh, and he makes me laugh EVERY SINGLE day too.
Melanie
A lucky girl who married her best friend and had four of the most amazing children on earth. I'm trying hard each day to be better than the day before. I don't deserve this beautiful family of mine, but I'll work hard and keep pretending so they won't notice. It's worked so far, 14 years down, Eternity to go!
Joshua
Our beautiful first born. He is such a joy. His glass is ALWAYS half full. He can find happiness in the simplest of things. He is an amazing big brother, it is clear to see why he was chosen to come first. He has an absolutely unshakeable faith. He makes our home a happy place and we couldn't imagine life without him in it.
Samuel
Our beautiful second child. This little guy is more Man than boy. He is extremely intelligent, it's hard to remember that he's not the same age as his big brother. He is so inquisitive and curious about everything around him. He is an incredible reader, he just soaks up knowledge anywhere he can. He is such a delight, we are truly so thankful for his sweet spirit in our home.
Gabriel
Our third son. The one I "hoped" would be a girl, then prayed that he'd "at least have brown eyes". Born a month early with more hair than a typical two year old, he arrived on his terms and has been a joy to behold ever since. He currently serves as our daily comic relief, with his quick wit and absolute charm. This boy has been a delight from the second he was born and I'm so glad he WASN'T a girl! He plays the "middle child" well, loves to torment his big brothers and protect his little one. My Brown eyed beauty. Such a blessing!
William "Will"
The littlest of the crew in size only. He absolutely considers himself to be at least the age of each of his big brothers if not older. This child came prepared to have 3 older siblings and is not afraid to show it. He has stolen the hearts of everyone in his family along with everyone he meets. He is full of spunk and charm and he is LOUD. My most challenging child some days and my greatest joy on others. A good mix of sweet and sour, he is a perfect fit in our home. He takes his role as King of the household very seriously. We love this monkey, he is so much fun!

So you can enjoy the photo you took of the room, that's why you bother. :)
That really can be so frustrating. I always wonder why it takes so long to clean, but then in two seconds it can be a complete disaster!
And my hubby wants to know why I don't love cleaning the house??? (this is a serious conversation at our house, no joke!)
PS... you are sooo freakin' cute with your decor. Help me!

I know the feeling...
Your house is so cute though. I need you to come be my interior decorator--especially the kids rooms. Love them!
Are you kidding? You call that messy? Look at the vacuumed floor and dusted furniture and beautiful room. It's the cutest room ever.
Melanie,
Do you use coupons?? I was on the pinching pennies website. Where do you get your coupons from if you do?
